1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Crulon services, including all related features and applications. Crulon, Inc. provides these services. Users must agree to the terms to access the platform. Individuals accepting terms on behalf of organizations must have proper authority to do so.

2. Our Services

Crulon provides AI-powered voice agents and automated customer support solutions, including:

  • Automated call handling
  • Call recording, transcription, and analysis
  • AI-powered insights and sentiment analysis
  • Infrastructure integration capabilities

The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration and Access

Users must:

  • Create accounts with accurate information
  • Maintain credential security
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with applicable laws

Users bear responsibility for all account activity.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted uses: Lawful business purposes, website access, and service integration.

Prohibited uses: Illegal activities, unauthorized system access, service disruption, harassment, reverse engineering, unauthorized reselling, data scraping, and malware transmission.

5. Call Recording Compliance and Legal Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for obtaining required consents, complying with recording laws, providing disclosures, and ensuring legal authority to record in their jurisdiction. Users must indemnify Crulon from non-compliance claims.

We provide technology to enable call recording. We do not provide legal advice regarding recording legality.

6. Data Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of call recordings, transcripts, customer data, and uploaded content. Crulon receives a limited license to process data solely for service delivery, terminating upon data deletion or account closure. The company may create anonymized aggregated statistics. Users warrant they have rights to upload data and obtained necessary customer consents.

7. Intellectual Property

All Crulon content, software, AI models, code, and logos are company property protected by intellectual property laws. Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Payment and Billing

Users agree to pay subscription fees and overage charges according to their billing cycle. Valid payment information is required, with authorization for automatic charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement. The company may adjust fees with 30 days' notice.

9. AI Technology and Limitations

The service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for voice processing and analysis. While we strive to make our platform error-free and best-in-class, please note that AI systems may still produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs. Users must review outputs before relying on them. Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

10. Third-Party Services

The company is not responsible for third-party integrations, their terms, or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The company makes no warranty regarding service interruption, accuracy, error-free operation, system compatibility, or security breach prevention.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crulon shall not be liable for indirect damages including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputation harm.

Direct liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD, regardless of legal theory or prior damage advisories.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Crulon harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from service use, term violations, legal violations, call recording non-compliance, user data/content, third-party right violations, or customer/participant claims.

14. Term and Termination

Terms remain effective during service use. Users may cancel anytime by contacting support. The company may suspend access for term violations, fraudulent activity, payment failures, or security risks.

Upon termination:

  • Service access ceases immediately
  • Accounts and data may be deleted after reasonable retention
  • Users remain liable for prior fees
  • Certain provisions survive termination

15. Changes to These Terms

The company may update terms periodically. Material changes receive 30 days' notice via email or service notification. Continued service use constitutes acceptance; disagreement requires account cancellation.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict provisions. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@crulon.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

17. General Provisions

Invalid provisions don't affect remaining terms. Unenforced rights don't constitute waivers. Users cannot assign terms; the company may assign freely. These terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. No partnership or agency relationship is created.
