The platform processes and stores audio recordings, transcripts, metadata, call duration/timestamps, participant information, and AI-generated insights including sentiment analysis and summaries.

You own all call data. We process it solely to provide our service to you.

2.3 Marketing Website Data

Contact Form: Name, contact information, company details, and message content from inquiries.

Demo Booking: Scheduling information collected through Microsoft Bookings.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Anonymized IP addresses, browser/device information, pages viewed, interaction patterns, and technical diagnostics.

Cookies: Analytics and functionality cookies are used; see Section 7 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

For Platform Service:

  • Call transcription, analysis, and AI-powered support automation
  • Insight and sentiment analysis generation

For Marketing and Operations:

4. AI Processing and Data Ownership

Your Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all call recordings, transcripts, and customer data processed through our service.

AI Technology: Speech recognition, natural language processing, and automated analysis power the voice agent services.

No Training on Your Data: We do not use your customer call data to train publicly available AI models or to benefit other customers.

AI Accuracy: AI systems may produce errors or inaccuracies. You should review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.

4.1 SMS Messaging

Crulon sends SMS messages on behalf of business customers for transactional purposes. End-user consent is obtained directly by the business customer, not by Crulon independently.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information.

5.1 Service Providers

Infrastructure Services: Cloud hosting, database, and storage providers.

Business Operations: Payment processors, email service providers, and customer support tools.

Marketing Website: Formspree (forms), Microsoft Bookings (scheduling), Google Analytics/PostHog (analytics), and BaseHub (content management).

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing services to us.

5.2 Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, government request, or to protect rights and safety.

5.3 Business Transfers

In merger, acquisition, or sale scenarios, information may be transferred with prior notification.

6. Call Recording Compliance

Your Responsibility: Users must ensure legal authority to record calls in their jurisdiction, obtain required participant consents, and comply with federal, state, and local recording laws.

Our Role: Crulon provides the technology to record and process calls. We do not determine the legality of your recording practices.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Types of Cookies:

  • Essential: Session management and security
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog, and similar tools for usage analysis

You can adjust browser settings to manage cookies, though disabling them may affect functionality.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

9. Data Retention

Service Data: Call recordings and customer data retention depends on account settings and subscription plan.

Marketing Data: Contact form data retained up to 2 years or until deletion request.

Analytics: Retention follows service provider policies, typically 26-38 months.

Information will be deleted or anonymized upon request, except where legally required.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Rights Include:

  • Access: Request personal information copies
  • Correction: Fix inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request information removal
  • Portability: Export data in usable format
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): Additional rights regarding collection, sharing, and data sales opt-out (though we do not sell data).
